Events & dissemination

A series of events are going to be scheduled to disseminate the research progress and results to the various stakeholders of the project:

• Scientific dissemination events within the scientific community through the participation of researchers to international peer-reviewed conferences (February-July 2019)
• Case studies developed for dissemination to students both within Brazilian and UK universities (starting from March 2019)
• Training events on tools and dissemination of results to Canudos farmers (March-August 2019)
• Scientific seminar in Federal University of Goiás (UFG) with researchers, students, professionals and the community, to discuss the approach and disseminate findings (August-September 2019)
• Scientific seminar in University of São Paulo (USP) with researchers, students, professionals and the community, to discuss the approach and disseminate findings (August-September 2019)
• Dissemination event in Brasilia for small producers, community, MST leadership and policy makers (September 2019)
• Dissemination of project findings to other farmer settlements through MST relevant agencies in Brazil facilitated by Brasilia event (starting from September 2019)
